If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in the original packaging with all accessories, warranty cards, manuals, etc., and no sign of abuse or wear within 10 days from the date the merchandise was received. If these requirement are met, you are entitled to an even exchange or full refund of the product purchase price. Refunds are offered for product purchase price only and will not include shipping or handling charges as well as the 3% return fee on credit card purchases. If any of the above conditions are NOT met, Baker Drums reserves the right to charge a minimum 10% restocking fee. No exchanges or refunds can be offered for videos, books, clothing, drumheads, drum sticks, or special order items.There will be no refund on discontinued items or special order items. NO CASH REFUNDS! 

Shipping services for Baker Drums are provided primarily buy United States Postal Services and UPS. Shipping charges are based on product weight, value, and destination. Most domestic orders are shipped via UPS ground services, and cannot be sent to a post office box. Therefore, a physical address is required. Expedited shipping is available at an extra charge. Products shipped to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska cannot be shipped via UPS ground. Most UPS orders will be shipped within 7 to 15 working days, depending on your location. International orders may take 7 to 22 days for delivery, depending on your location.
